...itīs quiet a bit cheaper from here, in Rochester there is also no need to be scared of a bad view from anywhere as there are no obstructed seats and the arena is of a comfortable size..
The building is also used for crap such as WWF-events (or "fights" if you happen to take wrestling serious).
Concerts can be found at the arena as well, just as in any modern arena these days...
